    Watkins Recipe Bread with Rosemary and Sea Salt
    (one of our more popular recipes from our Watkins cookbook)

    Ingredients:
    1 package Watkins Good Tastings Bread Mix
    1 12-oz/355-mL can lemon-flavored sparkling water
    3 tbsp/45 mL Watkins Rosemary
    3 tbsp/45 mL Watkins Parsley
    1 tbsp/15 mL coarsely-ground Watkins Sea Salt
    1 tbsp/15 mL melted butter

    Combine bread mix with sparkling water. Pour half of batter in loaf pan. Combine rosemary and parsley; sprinkle 4 tbsp/60 mL over the batter. Pour in remaining batter and spread evenly. Sprinkle remaining herbs on top, followed by sea salt. Drizzle with butter and bake at 325°F/170°C for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
