Ingredients:
½ c nonfat plain yogurt
2 ripe bananas
2 Tbsp water
2 tsp Watkins Vanilla
½ c brown sugar
2 Tbsp soy flour
4 tsp baking powder
½ c oat bran
½ c raisins
1 c flour
½ c white wheat flour*
½ c wheat flour
1 c milk
Cooking Instructions:
Mash bananas with yogurt and brown sugar. Add water, vanilla, soy flour,
baking powder, and oat bran. Mix in raisins. Alternately add flour and milk.
Stir until all ingredients are moistened. Divide among 12 greased muffin
tins. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
