Ingredients:
1-cup chopped cranberries
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
1-1/2 teas. Watkins orange peel
1 pkg. Watkins Bread mix
12 oz. Orange soda pop
Watkins Cooking Spray


Glaze
2-1/2 cups XXX sugar
1 Tab. Butter
1 teas. Watkins orange peel
1/2 teas. Watkins Dbl. Strength Vanilla Ext.
2-3 Tabs. Milk
Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C)
Liberally spray 3 gift line bread pans with the cooking spray.
Mix all bread ingredients until well blended.
Divide mix among the three loaf pans.
Place pans on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 mins. or until toothpick
comes out clean.
Remove from oven and allow to slightly cool while making glaze.

For glaze combine first four ingredients then add milk a little at a time
until you get the consistancy you desire for you glaze. Spoon over you warm
breads and enjoy. This is so yummy.
