Ingredients:
2 tbls Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
2 lbs lean beef chuck- cut into 1/4 inch cubes
2 cups chopped onion
3 tbsp Watkins Beef Soup Base
3 tbsp Watkins Chili Powder
2 tbsp Watkins Inferno Sauce
2 tsp Watkins Oregano
2 tsp Watkins Garlic Flakes
2 (16 oz) cans kidney beans, undrained
1 (16 oz) can stewed tomatoes, undrained
Cooking Instructions:
In a dutch oven, brown beef and onion in grapeseed oil. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 2 to 2 - 1/2 hours or until meat is tender. Serve with your favorite toppings.
