Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds/680 ground steak
1/4 cup/60 ml water
1/3 cup/80 ml Watkins Tangy Teriyaki Sauce
1 1/2 tsp/7.5 ml Watkins Ginger Garlic Liquid Spice Blend
1 medium sweet red pepper, seeded and cut into thin strips
1 medium sweet green pepper, seeded and cut into thin strips
1 cup/250 ml sliced onion
1 cup/250 ml sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 tsp/7.5 ml cornstarch
4 cups/1 liter hot cooked Watkins White & Wild Rice
Cooking Instructions:
Partially freeze steak,- trim fat from steak. Slice steak diagonally across grain into 1/4-inch/0.5-cm strips. Combine water, Meat Tenderizer, and Tangy Teriyaki Sauce in a shallow bowl. Add steak, cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Drain, reserving marinade>

Coat a wok or large nonstick skillet with cooking spray, add Ginger-Garlic Liquid Spice. Place over medium heat until hot. Add steak, peppers, and onion, stir-fry 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and stir-fry an additional 5 minutes.

Combine cornstarch and reserved marinade, stirring well; add to steak mixture. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened. Serve over rice.
