Ingredients:
1/4 cup/60 ml butter or margarine
1/4 cup/60 ml all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp/1.2 ml Watkins Poultry Seasoning
1/8 tsp/0.6 ml Watkins Onion Granules
1/8 tsp/0.6 ml Watkins Cayenne (Red) Pepper
1-1 /2 tsp/7.5 ml Watkins Chicken Soup Base
 1-112 cups/375 ml hot water
2 cups/500 ml cubed cooked turkey
I can (4 oz/13 g) mushrooms, drained and chopped
5 cups/1.25 liters soft bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
8 slices bacon
Savory Sauce (recipe follows)
Cooking Instructions:
Melt butter; stir in flour, Poultry Seasoning, Onion Powder, and Cayenne Pepper. Cook until bubbly. Dissolve Chicken Soup Base in hot water; stir into flour mixture. Cook over low heat , stirring constantly until thickened. Stir in turkey and mushrooms. Remove from heat; cool to room temperature and then chill. Shape into eight 3x1 1/2inch/8x4-cm rolls. Roll in bread crumbs, dip in egg and roll in bread crumbs again. Wrap each roll with a slice of bacon; fasten with a toothpick. Bake at 375'F/1 90'C for 30 minutes or until brown. Spoon Savory Sauce over rolls and serve piping hot. Makes 8 rolls.

SAVORY SAUCE

1/2 cup/125 ml Watkins Cream Soup Base
1/4 cup/60 mi all-purpose flour
I tsp/5 mlWatkins Chicken Soup Base
1 cup/250 ml milk
112 cup/125 ml water

Combine Cream Soup Base, flour and Chicken Soup Base. Add milk and water and cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until mixture begins to boil and thicken.
