Ingredients:
6 Medium sized chicken breasts
2 tblsp. Watkins Fajita Seasoning Blend
1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. Watkins Sea Salt (coarse granules)
Watkins Ginger-garlic liquid spice
1 tsp. Watkins Lemon Pepper
2-3 tblsp. Watkins Ginger Garlic Liquid Spice
Cooking Instructions:
Sprinkle Ginger-garlic liquid spice generously over chicken breasts leaving skin intact. Let stand to marinate at room temp 15-20 minutes.

Into a zip-lock baggie, add all other ingredients--shake to blend.

Adding one chicken breast at a time, shake in baggie to coat all sides of breasts well.

Place chicken breasts on a "George Foreman" or other double-sided grill machine which will grill both sides at once. Excess oil & fat will drain off.

Cook for approximately 15 minutes each breast. A smaller grill will accomodate 4 breasts at a time.
