CRANBERRY BREAD PUDDING

Ingredients:
2 cups milk, scaled
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon Watkins Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Watkins Nutmeg
6 cups bread cubes, made from buttered toast
1/2 cup dried cranberries
Cooking Instructions:
Mix together everything but the bread and cranberries. Place the bread
and cranberries in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish sprayed with Watkins
Cooking Spray. Pour the liquid over the bread and fruit. Place
casseroles into a pan of hot water, and bake in a 350 degree oven for
30-45 minutes.
